Wesley High DO
Dr. Wesley High is a board certified general surgeon who was born and raised in Phoenix. He graduated from Arizona State University and attended Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ for his medical school training. From there he went on to do 5 years of dedicated surgical training at Mountain Vista Medical Center. After completing Residency, Dr. High was selected by the Chief of Surgery and Residency Director to join his practice and was hired on as an Attending General Surgeon at Mountain Vista. He has served as the Assistant Program Director of Surgical Residency, now passing on to residents the skills necessary to be an adept surgeon.
Dr. High is an accomplished general surgeon with extensive training in a broad range of surgeries. With over 5000 procedures performed, his expertise includes abdominal surgery, oncologic surgery, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He is widely known as a surgeon who takes the time to understand his patient’s needs and concerns in order to ascertain the best surgical plan for each person.
Dr. High is the husband to his loving and supportive wife and father of 3 wonderful kids. He enjoys spending time with his family at sporting events, camping, and being outdoors.
